To be that way, you need to make a practice of gaining new knowledge and becoming more self-aware. We impart knowledge through our workshops and support you to discover it for yourself.

PHA Coaching Offers the following workshops:

• Leaders Workshop
• Adult Workshop
• Youth Workshop

A Workshop session is 60 min (1 hr) long. The sessions run at different times and dates within a specified workshop month. You have the opportunity and flexibility to select the session you wish to attend.

Leaders Workshop

This is suitable for persons in a leadership role.
It is carried out in the months of: January, April, July, and October
More than ever, it is imperative for leaders to be strategic in thinking and planning. The old leadership style of 'Command and Tell' is not as effective in our today's world. People within an organisation are seeking 'Meaning & Purpose'. As leaders, it is your duty to get the job done and develop those around you.

The workshop sessions focus on discussing strategies to help you develop as a leader and how to inspire those around you to be creative and take responsibility.

Adult Workshop

This workshop is suitable for persons aged 18 years and above.
It is carried out in the months of February, May, August, and November.

The workshop sessions equip you with tools and skills that enhance peak performance. The knowledge that you acquire from the workshop sessions can be applied to different areas of your life - personally, socially, and professionally.

Youth Workshop

This workshop is suitable for persons aged 14 - 17-years-old.
It is carried out in the months of March, June, September, and December.

Our youth are our future leaders.
The workshop sessions equip young persons to develop a growth mindset. With the right mindset, one can motivate oneself to raise his / her success bar - both personally and professionally.
