PHA Coaching was founded in the year 2016 by Priscilla Hackman-Asamoah who came up with the idea over drive-time home from work. She was pondering upon the profound impact coaching has had on her career and family life and she had a thought that she should start a coaching practice to support others.

We are on a mission to help individuals and organisations towards their desirable outcome. We support them to move from where they are now to where they want to be in the most effective and efficient way possible. We help individuals to clarify exactly what they want, to gain their own insight into their situation and encourage them to take action. Also, we support organisations to create powerful strategies and develop the perfect environment and team to make them work.
